At DivaCollection.shop, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, without damage or mailing labels directly on the box.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear or lingerie
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Accessories (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Items damaged due to use, wear, or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@divacollection.shop with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return approval along with return instructions.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service.
  4. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued in the form of:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code (usable on any future purchase)
  • In special cases, refunds may be provided to the original payment method, depending on eligibility.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color/variant changes (if available)
  • Defective or wrong items received

If the requested size or item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue with your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change of mind, size issues, or style preferences, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • For defective or wrong items, DivaCollection.shop will cover the return shipping.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations will be processed as returns.
